Highly Recommend – Excellent Moving Experience
José, Carlos, and Xavier made my moving experience so much less stressful. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very fit for the demanding task. Communication was excellent from the moment they contacted me with estimated arrival . Their positive attitude and efficiency were impressive—especially considering they had to move everything up to a third-floor apartment with no elevator, in 100°F heat!
The planning process with Nicole, the service coordinator, was also smooth and professional. She made everything easy and clear from the start.
Yes, the service was on the pricey side, but the quality, reliability, and peace of mind were absolutely worth it. I would definitely hire this team again without hesitation. Wonderful crew!

Great job with the move, done in record time less than what was quoted!! Professional, courteous, my husband is a retired Fire Captain and loved the fact that this company is owned by a fireman!!

We had a few bumps in the road with my first time using Firehouse. However, Julian and Julian along with (sorry forgot the young man that worked with them) the team was great. Efficient and effective. They were full speed and made everything smooth.

Very professional, I used them again from my experience from the 1st time. Had the same crew and these guys rock! Mid July in Texas and not one complaint. You truly have good people and they took care of me and my family, God bless!

Had to give a shout-out to Jairo’s crew, with Roger and Tyree! Just finished a move and from start to finish, even in this heat, they were courteous, professional, and took impeccable care of each item with a positive attitude. I appreciated that they didn’t rush when wrapping and moving to make sure it was all done perfectly and worked with the highest standards. They made great use of their time so that it was done efficiently and within the timeframe I was quoted. What a team! 🙂 Special appreciation to Jairo for his style of leadership; I noticed him consistently cueing excellence in word and deed. So grateful for a flawless experience - that was actually fun!! Thank you guys!

This was by far the BEST moving experience I’ve ever had! Jose, Chance and D were fantastic! They were right on time, professional, courtesy, and respectful of our home and possessions. They moved us from a 3 bed, 2bth apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevators) to a 3 bed single unit house in 4 hours. I am IMPRESSED!
As they were moving stuff, I sent out texts to all my friends who are moving soon and highly recommended they use this company!

My recent experience with Firehouse Movers was exactly (5) stars fantastic! My first call with Dyamon put me at ease walking me through the time for the move, crunch time to vacate, inventory list, budget cost and what to expect. She was so kind and patient with me!! There was never a hassle when I was trying to get quotes or pressure to hire as I had experienced in the past. When Thomas and team showed up, they were polite and respectful, organized and highly efficient. They care about the non replaceable items and sentimental family heirlooms handling with professional expertise!! They were incredibly fast and especially took the time to help me decide where to put a very tall hutch. They were so patient and kind w me as they moved it to 3 different walls and ensured it was stable. Little things like putting my plants on the porch arranging furniture in ways that made sense and offering to help me wrap glasses in my kitchen was amazing. Absolutely nothing was broken as all was handled, wrapped and cared for down stairs w no elevator! Trips to the garage were no big deal, listening to me when I was concerned about transporting or handling certain items was top notch. Thomas made us all laugh with his funny humor, big smile and sunshine in the busy chaos I led them too. Truly thankful and blessed beyond words for this experience! I would not choose any other team to work with. Flawless and seamless experience from start to finish!! Highly recommend!!!

Both my daughter and I have used this company for our local moves. From the first phone call to get an estimate, to the move itself, the company was polite, professional and efficient. I was impressed that they showed up when they said they would (never had that experience with movers before). They handled our belongings gently and made sure everything was wrapped and taken care of. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience and I will recommend and use them again.

Firehouse Movers was highly recommended by friends and we now know why. The team of Jose, David and Chance arrived as scheduled, were full of energy and very professional. Although it was in the low 90’s, and a little humid, they unloaded 2 -16’ PODS in less than their minimum hourly fee. We highly recommend Firehouse Movers, as it is refreshing to work with a team that cares and has such a great attitude.

I use and refer firehouse movers all the time. They are quick, careful and professional. From the office to the field, the staff is amazing. Today, Jose, Elijah and David helped finalize a move for a customer of mine. They were friendly and efficient and super careful with every piece. I can’t recommend these movers enough!
