Firehouse Movers was fantastic and made my move very easy. Carlos and his team went above and beyond to assemble items and make sure I was completely satisfied before they left. They were very careful with my items and took extra time to make sure everything was right. Highly recommend using them - best moving experience I've ever had!

First time using Firehouse Movers and they were excellent! My crew was very thorough and I did not have to repeat myself once. They took wonderful care of all my possessions and communication was great. Pointed out previous damage to furniture (from other moves) and damages at my new home so I was aware of any issues and there were no surprises. Could not ask for more, thank you so much for making a stressful time easier! I will definitely be using them again in the future. They even designed my office area layout better than I had planned on my own.

I’m so happy I contacted Firehouse Movers for my move and this was by far the BEST decision….First off, I received a text stating my crew was enrte and I promise I thought my fiancé and I had a few more minutes to enjoy one another (umm hummm, yep) when I tell you my move crew showed up and was READY to load up the truck….can we say ON TIME!!! They were sitting on G waiting on O….they were ready to get this move done LET’S GOOOOO!!! Second, they introduced themselves (it was Jonathan S, Thomas J and Aornes S) and they were rocking and rolling….wrapping, and boxing everything!!!! They got over to the new place and it was like watching a tag team wrestling match on a Monday night in Memphis…the organization and the communication between them was ON FLEEK!!!!! (That means they were amazing cause I know some of y’all don’t know the lingo) Jonathan was putting my bed together as if he was building a set of strategic legos…he was doing the dog gone thang(he was amazing) …my bed hasn’t been this sturdy since I purchased it…Thomas and Aornes were bringing the other items in and unwrapping and putting them together like to was Christmas morning ….they were moving so fast all while being cautious too…the synchronized movements were insane!!! (For those of you in the back, it means they were exceptional)…..they were extremely careful and although we had a small mishap, I wasn’t even upset (cause shit happens) my fiancé even mentioned that they were AWESOME!!! Finally, the ladies that are behind the scenes….I can not forget them!!! Nicole, Awesome!! Celinda Supurb!!!! Cause we all know that us WOMEN holds it down!!!! Kudos to them!!!! This crew was fantastic! Jonathon, Drew and Carlos were punctual, professional and efficient. They took great care with our belongings and had everything moved perfectly in its new spot. The estimated time and cost was spot on and very fair. I have a couple more moves ahead for us and will definitely request this crew again!

The Firehouse crew did a multi-property move for use - moving from storage to pod, from house to house, and from pod to house. It was complicated, but they did a terrific job. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Thanks for a great job!

Awesome job!!! The customer service was great, they called and confirmed twice. Miguel and his crew was on time, in a great mood, they were courteous and did an amazing job!! They even finished and asked if they could help us unpack!!! My final price was lower than the estimate because they finished two hours early!! I chose Firehouse because of the reviews I saw online and they weren’t wrong. Definitely call them if you’re moving. I would use them again, I just hope I don’t have to!! LOL

Alex and his 2 man crew were awesome ! They were joined by a fourth person halfway through who came to help because he had finished early with his work. They were all very professional while being so kind and friendly. They completed the job well under the estimated time which was absolutely wonderful. I give them 10 stars because 5 is definitely not enough. Very careful , efficient and hard workers. I really appreciated them. I would definitely use Firehouse Movers again. Fair pricing and excellent service.

Best movers ever. We have moved several times over 45 years of marriage and this was the best move. Julio was fantastic.....above and beyond the normal!
