I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the very first phone call, the entire team went above and beyond to make our move smooth, safe, and stress-free. Communication was flawless from start to finish. Cherry and Nicole in the office were absolute stars — kind, organized, and incredibly accommodating to our situation. They made scheduling effortless and treated us like family, not just customers.
Because I recently had surgery, we were only doing a partial move so my husband could relocate and be with me while I recover. Even though it wasn’t a full move, the Firehouse team treated it with the same care and urgency as if we were moving an entire household. The on-site crew — Roger, Thomas, and Hunter — were phenomenal. They showed up right on time, introduced themselves with big smiles, and immediately got to work.
Their teamwork was seamless. They moved quickly but never carelessly, wrapping and securing every item as if it were their own. They were also just genuinely good people — friendly, funny, and upbeat, which made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and even enjoyable. You could tell they take pride in their work and in representing the company well.
Everything arrived safely, not a scratch or dent in sight, and they went out of their way to place items exactly where we wanted them. Even after a long day, they were patient, kind, and still smiling. Their dedication and positive energy were honestly refreshing.
As a first responder, it means a lot to me to support other first responder–owned businesses — to keep things “in the family.” I was not disappointed. Firehouse Movers represents everything that makes this community proud: integrity, hard work, trust, and heart.
The pricing was completely fair — especially given the level of service, care, and expertise we received. It’s clear that Firehouse Movers runs on values that mirror the profession they’re named for: service, teamwork, and reliability.

The guys were great, taking good care of my belongings, very courteous, & friendly. They worked hard to get what little I had to move in double time, unloading was a difficult one because they had to up to a second floor but did it with ease and didn’t complain at all.
