Firehouse moved my belongings from a 3rd floor apartment to a townhouse, including a stop at my partners place. The team that arrived was prompt, courteous, and professional. They were clear about each step throughout the move and communication, both with the team and the front office, was amazing. They had us all moved in under 4 hours on a local trip, including disassembly and reassembly of any items that needed it. 100% would hire again.

Thomas J and David R did an excellent job moving our office furniture from downstairs to upstairs. They were efficient and wanted to help in anything we needed. Firehouse had helped us for the second time and always with efficiency, quick response and with professionalism.
The front office staff were great. Their communication during and after the booking was effective and consistent. The guys that handled my move were engaging in the process and took their time to care for my stuff while being very expedient about their work. They were courteous and friendly. To top it off...they worked in ongoing rain all day!!!! Would recommend Firehouse to anyone. My only issue was that I was not aware that it was franchise run with corporate support. But that is on me.

I've moved several times in past three years..I consider myself a professional mover at this point. These guys, (Jairo, Chance and Adam) hands down, were exceptional. On time..fast..gentle and very curteous. They were flexible with any small changes I needed and happy to help. They also drove all the way back to drop off something I left in the truck! Above and beyond, Will definitely use them again soon!

I’ve had some bad experiences with previous movers. My friend recommended Fire House and I do too. They are not the cheapest but they were timely, professional, respectful and got our house and storage unit emptied and moved into the new house. So happy we hired them, that was money well spent!

Steven and Justin were amazing!! They were so friendly, and careful with all our things. We moved out of a 3 story and into a 3 story and even after 700 flights of stairs they were good sports and had smiles on their faces! I will be using firehouse again for all my moves :)

The 3 young men who moved boxes from house and garage into a storage unit worked consistently until the job was done. It took several hours (4+). Sooooo many moving companies in DFW, I was like how do I pick the right one… Well, I was sitting at a stop light and saw a Firehouse truck and looked them up, 5 stars. I called and that was easy! They were fast and friendly and price seemed reasonable so I booked and was done. And they continued to follow up with me over next few days explaining everything, confirming what I was expecting to be done, and just showing that they were pretty professional. Then yesterday, 3 young guys show up; Diego, Chris, and Oscar. While I’m on the phone for work they just started moving everything to the trailer. They wrapped everything in blankets and I mean any and everything! They were ready to leave in an hour including taking down my bed, huge TV, and moving a lot of heavy items. At my new place as they were bringing it in I told them to just dump everything in middle of rooms. Nope, they became my interior designers and started showing me where I should set things up. And then they did the work! Great experience. I’m sure this company has a lot of good teams, but these 3 were over the top. I highly recommend.

The guys were fast, early then ever, great understanding on how things had to go, made sure they placed the stuff in rooms I needed. Overall this is the way to move. My move was last minute. They told me they would come by 3 or after. They were early. Which was perfect. It took them less than 1 hour and 15 mins to complete my move. Awesome company. I will definitely use them again.
