Jessica helps ensure the day-to-day operations of the business are running smoothly at Firehouse Movers. As the Office Manager, she directly manages the sales team. In addition to supervising the office staff, she helps support the needs of the warehouse team and company owners. Before becoming a manager, Jessica worked as a moving consultant for a little over a year. An experience she believes helps her truly understand how stressful moving can be. She strives to bring kindness, compassion, and encouragement to every customer.
After attending the University of Houston for Business Marketing and Western Governors University Texas for her Master’s in Business Management, Jessica took time off to be a stay-at-home mom for her kids. She went back to work after coming across a job posting for Firehouse Movers. Once she met with owners Brian and Nikki, she knew this was the perfect company for her and joined the team in 2015!
